Terms and Conditions 

• Registration and Payment:

  • Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

  • Payment can be made through the provided payment gateway.

  • All fees are non-refundable.

• Course Participation:

  • Participants should arrive at the class venue on time.

  • Any participant arriving more than 10  minutes late may not be able to join the class.

• Health and Safety:

  • Participants should be in good physical condition and able to engage in physical activity.

  • Inform the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries prior to the class.

• Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In case of class cancellation, participants will be offered an alternative class date or a partial refund.

• Liability and Release:

  • Participants assume full responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the class.

  • By participating, participants release the organizer and instructors from any liability.

• Photography and Promotion:

  • A Xpaths staff may take photographs or videos during the class for promotional purposes.

  • Participants consent to the use of their images for promotional materials. If they do not consent, they are required to notify the instructor beforehand.

• Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • Xpaths Cycling School reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
